We use truck-mounted and portable hot water extraction depending on access, with pre-treatment matched to fiber type. Wool, nylon, polyester and olefin each need different chemistry and temperature, and we test in a hidden spot before starting on any rug or upholstery piece.
Denver's dry climate is on your side: most carpets are dry to the touch in 4 to 6 hours. We set air movers on request and leave furniture on protective tabs so nothing stains while fibers dry.

Carpet & upholstery FAQ
Right away in socks or clean shoes. Keep pets and outdoor shoes off for 4 to 6 hours until fibers are dry.
Wicking can happen with deep spills in padding. If a spot we treated returns within 14 days, we re-treat it free.
We clean and condition finished leather. We do not clean suede, nubuck or antique pieces.
