Residential rates
Weekly saves 20%, biweekly 15% and monthly 10% compared with one-time pricing. Deep cleans include inside oven, fridge and baseboards.
Sample prices for illustration. Homes not cleaned professionally in the last 60 days start with a deep clean. Heavy pet hair may add $10 to $20 per visit.

For standard and recurring homes, yes, as long as the details you enter are accurate. Deep and move-out cleans can change if the condition is very different from what was described, and we always confirm before starting extra work.
Your card is authorized when you book and charged after the clean is complete. Commercial accounts are invoiced monthly, net 15 or net 30.
No travel fees anywhere inside our service area, from Arvada to Highlands Ranch and Lakewood to Aurora.
Tipping is never expected. Crew members earn $22 to $31 an hour plus benefits. If you would like to tip, you can add it in your account and 100% goes to the crew.
Reschedule or cancel free with 48 hours notice. Inside 48 hours there is a $40 fee, and inside 12 hours or a lockout it is 50% of the visit price.
