People want to know how often they actually need a professional clean, and whether the weekly discount is worth it. The honest answer depends on three things: how many people and pets live in the home, how you use the space, and how clean you want it to feel on an ordinary Tuesday.

Start with how the home is used

Square footage matters less than traffic. A 3,000 square foot home with two working adults and no pets can stay comfortable on a monthly schedule. A 1,400 square foot home with two kids, a dog and a home office gets messy much faster. Think about the rooms that get the most use every day, usually the kitchen, main bathroom and entry, because those rooms set how clean the whole home feels.

A simple framework

Weekly

Best for households with young kids, pets that shed, allergies or a home that doubles as a workplace. Weekly visits keep kitchens and bathrooms at a consistently high level, so each visit is faster and more thorough. This is also the lowest price per visit because the home never falls far behind.

Biweekly

The most popular choice across Denver, and the right fit for most couples and small families. You handle dishes and quick wipe-downs in between, and the professional visit resets everything else. Most clients say the home feels clean for about ten days, with the last few days slipping slightly.

Monthly

Best for single people, couples who travel, or tidy households that mostly want the deep tasks handled: bathrooms, floors, dusting high and low surfaces. Monthly visits take longer and cost more per visit because more buildup accumulates between cleans.

The real cost comparison

Using our sample rates for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home, here is how the options compare over a typical month. Prices are illustrative.

• Weekly: $145 per visit, about 4.3 visits a month, roughly $625 per month.
